 Virginia PierrepontBorn in New York City, Virginia has been an artist all her life. With a passion for the great outdoors, painting Plein Air landscapes comes naturally. She explores a colorists vision of immediacy and sense of timelessness to her subject matter. As a professional portrait artist in Long Island, color, design and a keen vision for accuracy play a crucial role in her works. Virginia is currently part of Johnson State College MFA program, painting at the Vermont Studio Center artist in residence program. |
